Pre-Order Refund Policy

We offer full refunds on all pre-orders up until the shipping date.

PRE-ORDER REFUND PROCESS

Since all Nubiana products are currently available as pre-orders only, you may request a full refund at any time before your order ships:

  • Processing time: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Payment method: Original payment method will be credited
  • No questions asked policy - We understand plans change

SHIPPING TIMELINE

  • All products ship within 8 weeks of order date
  • Email updates provided throughout production process
  • Tracking information sent when your order ships
  • Final shipping notification sent 24-48 hours before dispatch

Post-Delivery Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

Once your Nubiana products are delivered, you have 30 days to return them if you're not completely satisfied.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS:

  • Full refund available
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • All seals and labels intact
  • Return shipping at customer's expense

OPENED/USED PRODUCTS:

  • Store credit for future Nubiana purchases
  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must be at least 75% full
  • Original packaging required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been damaged by misuse
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Custom or personalized items (if offered in future)

How to Return Products

Bundle Return Policy

COMPLETE CARE TRIO RETURNS

  • Full bundle return: All three products must be returned together
  • Individual product return: Store credit only (cannot break up bundle pricing)
  • Partial use: If one product is opened, entire bundle qualifies for store credit only

International Returns
